CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL
At Coastal Waves Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, no show, or arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we have to charge an administration fee of 50% of your schedule service total and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to fit you back in in a convenient time frame. For this purpose, we require a card on file for all guests. No appointments will be reserved without a card on file.
NO CHILDREN IN THE SALON
We understand that sometimes child care may pose as a challenge to you. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a service. It can become a very big liability to us if any mishaps happen to take place. For this reason, we regret that if you arrive for your service accompanied by your children, we will have to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a cancellation, resulting in a 50% administrative charge. We deeply apologize if this is an inconvenience for you.
